The Role

Working as part of an energetic and driven team of 15, you will be responsible for maintaining the professional reputation of the company; liaising directly with our internal team, customers, partners, lenders and dealers. As a Customer Account Manager, you will receive warm finance leads via our lending platform to convert accepted finance agreements into sales deals.

You can help us to achieve this by:

· Qualifying the requirements of your assigned customers and build rapport to fully understand their needs via telephone and email

· Analyze numerous lender options through our CRM platform and negotiate with lenders to build the best deals for the customer

· In accordance with FCA guidelines, present to the customer the most suitable options and convert into a sales deal

· Developing trusted relationships across the business and with external partners to secure the most favorable outcomes.

· Communicating the progress of the finance agreement to all interested parties

· Delivering exceptional customer service from initial finance application to completion, to ensure the customer enjoys a positive experience with We Finance Any Car

Skills & personal attributes

· Confidence, positive attitude, drive and resilience to meet individual targets

· Experience of delivering exceptional customer service or previous sales experience is preferred but not essential. Attitude and willingness to learn is paramount.

· Call Centre experience is advantageous, although not essential

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build natural rapport and clearly explain complex products

· Strong problem-solving skills; comfortable handling objection and able to negotiate

· Proven stakeholder management skills

· Meticulous attention to detail

We Finance Any Car (WFAC) is an established, online, direct-to-consumer car finance provider. We are experts in facilitating our customers’ purchase of new and used cars by driving traffic through Google PPC and social media channels into our platform to gain a finance approval. Working with a network of lenders and dealer partners, we provide flexible finance solutions to our customers that are convenient, hassle-free and most importantly, affordable.

We’re going through an exciting period of growth for which we need to recruit an in-house SEO and Content Manager to join our wider Marketing Team and help execute our strategic vision for expansion.

We have recently acquired new, high-spec office premises to house our ever growing team – we’re on a dynamic path and we need you to help shape it.

£21k Basic Salary with On Target Earnings of £53k per Annum

Working Schedule

8 hour shift + 1 hour lunch (Some flexibility on working hours)

Experience

Some Sales experience welcome but not required – more important is effort and enthusiasm and a will to succeed
